At Saralyne, we believe your routine should be simple, predictable, and fully within your control. Our subscription program is designed to provide consistent luteal-phase support while giving you flexibility to manage your plan at any time.

Clear Subscription Disclosure

When purchasing on www.saralyne.com, subscription options are clearly presented and must be actively selected before checkout.

• The subscription option clearly states that by selecting it, you agree to receive recurring shipments of Saralyne at the selected delivery interval at the discounted subscription price.
• Subscription details are displayed on the product page, in the cart, and during checkout.

By completing your purchase with a subscription selected, you authorize Saralyne to automatically charge your payment method and ship your product at the recurring interval you selected.

Billing & Renewal Schedule

Your payment method will be automatically charged according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout (e.g., every 30 days).

Each recurring order will be processed on the same calendar day as your original subscription purchase date.

Example:
If your initial subscription order is placed on October 10, your next charges will occur on November 10, December 10, and so forth.

If a billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, processing may occur on the next business day.

Pricing & Changes

The subscription price shown at checkout applies at the time of enrollment.
If subscription pricing changes in the future, we will provide advance notice as required by applicable law.

Managing Your Subscription

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Self-Service Option
Log into your Saralyne account using the email used at checkout. Navigate to “Manage Subscription” to update delivery frequency, payment method, shipping address, or cancel your subscription.

Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel or modify your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If a renewal payment has already been processed, the order cannot be canceled. Once processed and shipped, subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge or notify you to update your payment details. Continued failure to process payment may result in automatic cancellation of your subscription.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are treated the same as one-time purchases under our Return & Refund Policy. Opened supplement products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

Subscription Commitment

There is no minimum commitment period. You may cancel at any time, provided cancellation occurs before the next billing cycle.
