Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within two (2) hours of purchase by contacting support@saralyne.com.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process outlined below must be followed.
Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window
Items must be returned within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Item Condition
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with safety seals intact.
Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene standards applicable to dietary supplements, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned. Personalized or promotional items may also be non-refundable.
Return Instructions
Step 1 – Contact Support

• Reason for return
• Photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)
Step 2 – Authorization
If eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization with instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Step 3 – Packaging
Items must be securely packaged in original packaging.
Step 4 – Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Saralyne is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Inspection
Returns are inspected within 7 business days of receipt.
Approval
You will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Processing
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We replace items only if they are defective or if you received the wrong product.
To request an exchange, contact info@saralyne.com within 14 days of delivery.
If you ordered the wrong product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos for verification. If confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Product
If you receive the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs and send the correct product.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days. We will initiate a carrier investigation. Saralyne is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but may assist in filing claims when possible.
