1. Do you charge shipping fees?
No. We offer completely free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.

2. What is the delivery time?
Orders have a processing time of 1–3 business days. After processing, the shipping time is approximately 9–12 business days. Total delivery time is the sum of processing and shipping time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code. You can use this tracking code directly on our website to check the current status of your order at any time.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this 1-hour window, cancellation is no longer possible because the order enters processing.

Changes to orders are only possible within 1 hour after placing the order. After this time, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

6. What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in original condition, and preferably in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

If you have an active subscription, payments are processed automatically based on your selected billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account dashboard. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
